Clients designate requirements of human resources according to project needs, and we will provide experts to meet the requirements.
All candidates are interviewed for qualification test from the client. A team of qualified experts will be sent to the location designated by the client to carry out the project work.
Project costs are calculated based on each person’s work during the time period, plus travel costs for team members.
The client will control all aspects of the development project, including all development processes, quality control and timing.
Due to on-site development throughout the whole process, the cost will be higher than the project model.

T-footprint arranges some team members to work as part of the development team to the location designated by the customer.
The project manager of T-footprint is responsible for managing the offshore work of the rest of the development team members, and the on-site team leader explains the technical details to the offshore team.
The on-site team is also responsible for overseeing the workflow and directing the offshore team.
Offshore team members work under the project manager of T-footprint, keeping pace with the on-site team tasks.

Phase 1:
T-footprint dispatched a batch of “seed” engineers to the customer site. They work under the supervision of the client and attend on-the-job training. Once the “seed” engineer is recognized by the client, there is an opportunity to lead the development of the project to gain more experience in management by objectives. Costs for this phase are calculated in dollars per capita.
Phase 2:
After returning from the customer, the well-trained “seed” engineer brings T-footprint team to develop the customer management model of the application. Our company and customers participate in the implementation of the project.

T-footprint establishes a R&D center and laboratory with customers.
T-footprint sends a team to carry out the project and obtain vocational training in the working environment.
T-footprint team members can gain experience while being responsible for customer business management. When T-footprint is recognized by the customer and has the ability to work independently, the customer is expected to purchase the R&D center/lab based on the agreement previously signed by T-footprint and the customer.
