  1. Project mode: The customer provides the requirements for product features and development, and T-footprint provides the final product, which conforms to industry standards and is responsible for progress and quality.
  2. On-site mode: According to the needs of the customer, we will arrange some team members to work at the location designated by the customer. T-footprint’s project manager is responsible for managing the offshore work of the rest of the development team members, and the on-site team is responsible for explaining the technical details to the offshore team. Offshore team members work under the direction of T-footprint’s project manager, keeping team tasks in sync on site.
